Lee - - Prakesh
Name: Lee. Age: 17 years old. Height: quite tall. Special things about Lee: His music and the level of his intelligance. Bad things about Lee: Lonely and gets angry with the invaders.
Lee begins as the loner and outsider in Tomorrow When the War Began.Lee wasn't really part of Ellie's circle of friends and she only invites him because he seemed "interesting" to her. He has different interests and spends much of his time alone. He is interested in music and extremely intelligent but doesn't have the strong personality of the others. Lee also lives in town, not in the rural outskirts. His parents run a restaurant that serves Asian food. Throughout the novel Lee and Ellie begin to form a relationship and he shows that he cares a lot for Ellie. This relationship is developed in the novel but it never reaches the same level as that of Homer and Fi. Lee is certain of how he feels but Ellie is distracted but occasionally thinks that she loves him. He does however come to prove himself and be an integral part of the group. When he is wounded from a gun shot to the leg he shows great courage as he does when they escape from town and he is in the bucket. Lee develops the same intensity fro war as he did for his music. Lee becomes intense about the war with the invaders and feels more a part of the group when he is involved in the action. Part of this is the shame he feels for what has happened to his family and partly because he has always held back his emotions. The war and its action give him a release.Lee changes considerably throughout the novel and develops from a loner who is withdrawn into a more complex individual who seems to thrive on action.

Lee showed endurance when he tried so soft to walk and to be involved in whatever the rest of the group was doing. One he showed this trait when he wanted to go to the Hermit's Hut and he was in pain as he crawled through the vine infested wetlands. He also showed trust when Ellie was resucing him with a bulldozer. He knew that it was extremely dangerous yet he had so much trust in Ellie. As a result of this he knew that he can get into the shavel of the bulldozer and be safe.
- - Rylan Robyn Is played by Ashley Cummings in the Movie.
Robyn is seen as the very quiet and shy at the start of the novel. She is portrayed as a very religious person and takes her faith very seriously. When Ellie is describing Robyn in the novel she say,"the biggest problem Robyn would give her parents would have to be being late to mass."

About Her: Fi's family is very wealthy, her mum and dad are both laywers and they live in the upper class of town. She has brown eyes and blonde hair and she is extremely beautiful. she doesn't know many things about the bush and doesn't know much about what the country people do but when she meets Homer (a farm boy) she wants to learn more about working on a farm. At the start she is confused, fragile, shy and doesn't understand what is happening but by the end of the book she starts speaking up more, she becomes brave, shows courage and doesn't become colder. http://tomorrowseries.wikia.com/wiki/Fiona_Maxwell http://www.rsimpson.id.au/books/tomorrow/characters/fi.html CHARACTERS: Group 2 PART 2 (Group 2)
Each of you is asked to answer the following questions: 1. Which character do you like the best and why? 2. If you lived in the world of the novel, which character do you think you would be friends with and why? 3. Which charact er is most like you? Explain .
Corrie - - Marcus
Kevin - - Allen
Kevin Holmes
Corrie's boyfriend, who always acts tough but prefers not to be directly in the middle of the action. Kevin Holmes is the “yobbo” of the group, a country boy who’s first loves are his dog, football and then his girlfriend Corrie. Kevin is emotionally immature and lacks courage. He’s not much of a boyfriend either but Corrie is madly in love with him. Kevin is a bit of a sook, as displayed when there is a snake in one of the sleeping bags and runs scared. His cowardice and selfish attitude really get him offside with not only the group, but also with his girlfriend, Corrie. Kevin does actually redeem himself toward the end of the movie, where his somewhat obscure courage and bravery finally emerge to see the light of day. He also has to make a tough decision regarding what to do about Corries gunshot wound. My personal favourite character would have to be Kevin himself. The reason being for this is because he is like a lot of kids in the school community and relates to many people in our society these days. He likes to act tough, but when it comes to the real deal are really chicken. In other words they do not like to be “directly in the middle of the action”. If I was in the novel I think I would be closest friends with Kevin himself. He is a lot like me in many ways. His love of sports and his love for his dog. This would help us to bond and become good mates. He is also very cautious of what he does just like how I am most of the time. As said before I would most likely be referred to as Kevin because of his cautious thinking and actions and also his love for cricket.

Chris Lang
Chris Lang played by Andy Ryan 21 year-old Andy Ryan – who will bring the loner Chris to life in the film – was over the moon when landed the role. He said: “I am really enjoying preparing for the role as the introverted and obscure character, Chris. This is an amazing opportunity”. Andy is currently appearing in the television series, The Jesters.
Chris is a guy who some say is a genius while the others find him weird. Chris was picked up by the group after hiding out from the invasion for days. However he preferred to be alone than consult with the group and the group took it as such unless they were on a raid. He was a natural poet who reflected either his current moods or the group's morale in Hell. Being aloof and demoralized made him turn to alcohol, which contributed to his untimely and senseless death while the others were in the Holloway Valley.
He was first noticed in the movie as a bit of a weird kid as he was stoned from smoking weed and is sometimes drunk on his job. There is not much to say about him just that he is a bit immature and stupid. But during the series of books he improves his bad habits.
The reason why I decided to write about Chris Lang (Andy Ryan) is because he is a very hard person to talk about; this is so because he dies in the second book from rolling in a car and he is a stoner with not much to live for. I liked to write about him because he is a very odd person.
If you lived in the world of the novel I would most likely be good friends with Homer and Ellie because they are the more sensible one and I can depend on Homer to have a good time and Trust Ellie with my life.
I reckon me most likely to be referred to Kevin as he is most like me. We have some similarities such as we act brave but really we are afraid, we are both really good at cricket, we both have the same dog and we are very cautious about what we say and do.
The Enemy Force - Tom
In the novel the enemy force is never specified, John Marsden did this so as not offend any specific country. Although, in the movie the enemy force is shown to have an Aisian descent, meaning that an Asian nation nation is attacking.
1- I like Ellie the most out of all the characters because she shows great leadership qualities, and she is very, very attractive.
2- I think I would be friends with Homer if I lived in Wirrawee.
3- The character most like me would probably be Kevin, because im a sporty kind of guy and so is he.
